Recently bought a Zeiss Secacam3

All recorded photos have a date/time stamp 1 hour ahead of actual time.

The time setting in the menu is in auto and cannot be changed to manual.

Does anyone know how to carry out time adjustment?

Have updated camera to latest firmware SEC-W60-007.4IMG_9364.webp

My first one was 2hours fast for several weeks, I then added the second one which soon adjusted to the correct time and the first one then corrected as have the ones I have added since. Likewise, the app was a little erratic to start with but seems okay now.

i had the same. two cameras one ended up an hour ahead and then it fixed itself.

my current problem is that the AI no longer detects animals with a blue box.

I contacted Zeiss and this is the response I got from them:

You can try resetting the camera to factory settings, which may help with the time issue. Please note, however, that we are already aware of this problem in the system and are working on a solution. The manual time adjustment is currently disabled due to this.
We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The clocks are iffy and mine were a year ago.
They sometimes take hours to send photos through and photo on demand fails to work.
Still better than Hik m15 though.

My phone will buzz so you know there's a new photo but not showing in the gallery immediately so I have to click on date, then select last 7 days and that will trigger the latest photo(s) appearance.
