Are the mounts direct to dovetail or picatinny rail? If ots a rail od put the rifle in a clamp and wiggle the scope to check for rail movement.
If all is well it's probably best you just re zero at 50 yards/meters and leave it alone. If it doesn't have the windage adjustments left to zero properly then I would definitely re question the gunshop, although it's your word against theirs as to wether it was fine before they got it. Also ask them if it was they themselves who fitted the new extractor parts or a gunsmith they use.... if gunsmith ask for his number and question him regards scope removal or drop.
Try another scope and mod if possible to rule out faulty rifle.
