Does any one have any experience with the leica geovids 15x56 range finding binos how do you find the glass is there a reason there cheaper than the rest of the range cheers Adam

I would hazard I guess they’re cheaper because they’re not a popular magnification, Leica glass is faultless, their guarantee and warranty is faultless their servicing as you would expect is also faultless.

I’ve personally had Leica Ultravids for 15 years and mine have had a hard life and will be heading off to Leica for a refit in the spring, they more than deserve it.

You won't go wrong with Leica. As said they're cheap because any binos above 12 mag are unpopular.

They are big and bulky not what you want for stalking. Good optics.

Why would above 12 be unpopular my main use will be nrl and prs cheers adam

Many would say too small a field of view for scanning as a bird watcher or deer stalker

It's hard to hold binos above 12x steady- although a tripod makes a huuuuuge difference.
