I've just drove home where most of my journey there has been lead shot sprinkled for decades, in a couple of places well over 100 years. Lord Staffords estate being one.
I've seen four buzzards, two kites and a sparrow hawk. On a local small farm less than 300yds away from home where I've sprinkled lead shot for years.
Here is a photo.

Last year there was a grey partridge pair and the reared some young. That's despite the resident gos , buzzards and sparrow hawks and also , the freaking lead shot.
So if there is a problem from lead shot it's not from me. It'll be where pheasant and partridge farms are operated from for the city bankers. Got slap restrictions there if you or whomever must exercise your socialistic/communistic leaning bias.
In the not to distant future the countryside may become a lot quieter than it once was but I guarantee one thing, every now and then you will hear a distant single or two shots and no one will particularly know from where it came or what was discharged.
Go ahead, point your weedy little finger and say something stupid but whereas your thoughts are based on no **** Sherlock pseudo science, my statement above will definitely be a reality!
Thousand as we speak are stocking up.
I've asked a dealer. He's loving it! They are are voting with their feet and wallets against this.
What are they going to do, lock them all up? Revoke their license? I wonder what percentage will resort to an illegally held firearm? After all, if one is branded an outlaw what else is there to lose, the prisons are full are they not?
Feckless dreamers caught hook line and lead sinker. Dancing to the drum beat of a vegan somewhere hiding behind a screen with virtuous splattered across it.
FFS what a **** show.
