Out today looking for a lorry radiator and spotted this pair which you don't see every day..
Yes as per the title 10 ton each!
At some point they will be heading overseas, not sure of the HP but a bit more than the D-Max

Thought I recognised them, we had three of them at Chester sewage works, for control of thunderstorms at the intakes, ex submarine diesels, the handwheel was part of the synchronisation set up to run two together, if you got it wrong & failed to sync properly at your first attempt …. Sealand road would be ankle deep in flood waters.

If we got wet out in the rain you could stand in front of their radiators & be dry in moments

Yes I had a look at them on the net, there was Gardner engines also a eyebrow raising tale about re-cycling Lithium Batteries

Just remembered we changed the oil on No1 engine one afternoon ... Chain hoist with a 45 Gallon drum suspended
