Something very special and totally unique.

The Tech project is my latest version of the Secare pattern knife, the Secare has a 100mm blade of 5mm stock (in this case) SF100 blade steel. All Secare get a parallel (non tapered) tang, the tangs therefore get weight reducing cut outs.

It has a full width flat grind taking it's blade to a razor sharp, micro secondary bevel edge.

It features a Valkyrie applied Sniper Grey, Cerakote finish throughout.

The scales are machine finished black Micarta, these get a textured/chequered finish to their faces.

Those scales are also screwed into place, #1196 is fully strippable. The screws also get the Sniper Grey Cerakote finish.

The knife gets a 'in house' Kydex sheath, very secure and very tough, the sheath currently has a Malice Clip attached, the sheaths eyelets are positioned to accept any on the market Kydex fitting/loop. If I get the chance I am going to make another sheath for this today to a slightly different design.

There are more photos of uncoated versions of this knife here, including a stripped one, and more photos of #1196 here.

My all in asking price for this very special thing is £495.

Liking that a lot, Your putting some nice knives out at the minute I just wish I could justify more, In my collection I still have a Pat Mitchell gut hook knife, I think It was either from the late 80's or early 90's, Along with many others
