Inspired by my recent Fragments of Mammoth Tusk build, but definitely a knife in it's very own right!
It gets the same mammoth tusk handle material, stabilised under high pressure and set into resin to form a solid block, the fragments utilised dated at 10,000-40,000 BP.
#1306 however gets a full 6" of blade, that blade hewn from 5mm stock SF100 and it gets a deep hollow grind, the diameter of the grind stone used a little under 5".
Full mirror finish and a tapering, down to around 1mm, tang.
