Anyone using ammunition heaver than 32grn v max in their 204 and can say on knockdown and grouping, not looking to gain anything just a comparison to what i shot out to today
Been using the .204 past week to get down a number of foxes, I use factory ammo hornady super performance 32 grn V max
Apart from the extra ordinary stopping power the accuracy and consistency are phenomenal
Before venturing out today I went down to a 300 yd range and settled in checked zero on a couple of rifles then thought I'd give the 204 a leg stretch
Working on chart below for shooting foxes its pretty well point and shoot out to 300 if you wanted, the tolerance is so small you don't need any other bits for guidance
Just a bit of memory and off it goes and bang on each time, I shoot a blaser with a 1: 12 twist and it loves these factory rounds its getting to the point that the trusted 222 and 243 will be in the cabinet more
To shoot out to where i go 240 max is nowhere the capabilities of this round, at 300 the grouping was all there
