Anyone have a .220 swift
Looking for sako to be honest so should I say does anyone want to part with one.

I never knew that Sako made rifles in .220 swift chambering. You’ll have more chance of a Ruger 77 mk2. I had one for 15 years or so. Very accurate, until it wasn’t. But I put a lot of rounds through it and sometimes firing multiple shots at once(cubs). Good luck.

Sako would be a rebarrel/ build I think. Finnbear maybe - 1970’s or so?

I’ve a Remington VSSF swift and it’s a super rifle - if you can find one in good nick I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Sako made L579 in 220 swift the bolt face is .470 the same as the 22-250 plus others you may consider too rebarrel a wore out rifle of another caliber, I have a 220 swift ruger no 1 semi custom I won’t part with it , go too loaddevelopment.com all the compatible bolt faces are on there

I've a ruger 77 which has been re-barrelled in .220 swift by Callum Ferguson, with a Kreiger Super Match stainless barrel.
It's in a custom made laminate thumbhole stock.
It's fired 25 rounds since the re-barrel, and unfortunately then just sat in the cabinet as I prefer my .223 to be honest.
The accuracy was unreal with a 40gr max.
Would sell it if you were interested.
Pm me if you are.
Thanks
Paul
