Any recommendation for .223 bullets 1:7 twist rate 24" barrel please?

A1:7 twist should stabilise from 55 all the way up to 80-88gr. The bullet weight will all be about intended use - but I would be picking something that gave the best mix of speed and BC - something around 69gr perhaps before the speed drops off too much - but it does depend on intended use as most of the heavier bullets tend to be match/target focussed, although this is changing with the bigger engined 22C/F's becoming more popular.
 
Traditional 69gr is underdog (tangent ogive HPBT design), but might suffice if you're not shooting too far. Generally newer designs are better in wind. For price, it's the inverse.

I'd make a list by looking at what's available, cost and qualities. Don't buy large boxes until tested, and when you find what you want try to get several thousand (up to the expected barrel lifetime). Much easier than chasing the next box and wondering whether it shoots the same as previous lot.

It will shoot Sierra 69g TMK bullets beautifully and at decent speeds
I just happen to have a load of these for sale if you're interested!!!
