243 help reloading 55 gn Nosler BT

Any info to help please chaps, I'm using Nosler 55 grain BT. I'm trying to replicate my reloads from Hodgen 4895 with 43.2 =3692 fps burn rate 98.77%@54276 psi pressure, info according to Quickload
data This load has been brilliant for me in the past for years.
4895 NLA.
So which do I use as below any help please
Vit 135 43.2 +3692 @100% burn 54702 fps according to Quickload, thing is Vit reload data says max load is 39.2 grains ??
Vit 140 44.2 grains +3660 100% burn pressure 56234 psi, according to Quickload data

Use Vit data and move up to what suits you and what the rifle is telling you High CUP/FPS doesn't always mean more accurate . Best go for low SD/ES and a good group than trying to bust a world speed record.
Every Quick max load I have ever i'v run into primer cratering and flow but as soon as i'v backed off and let the rifle show me my SD's etc have become lower and groups smaller.

If you're trying to work up a load, then you need to ensure all the key measurements are trued to your gun. So accurate case length, OAL, barrel length and case capacity are key drivers in working up to a node. The it's down to barrel time to find a node, noting of course the pressure, (theoretical) speed and powder burn for efficiency etc. The powder companies will always be conservative so as not to be sued for someone who takes their rifle over pressure. As you're operating in the 54k pressure, you're probably a node down from max, so well within SAAMI/CIP specifications.
So until you have those measurements, its impossible to suggest whether the load is any good theoretically - but then build up from there and with seating depth and you should find an accuracy node to suit what you're seeking to achieve

Case measurements and bullet seating I've learnt over the years that suit my Sako 75 as is the jump to the rifling.
I got super tight groups with 4895
It's like starting all over again, but needs to be done

When H4895 became unavailable I changed to N140, great accuracy but a tad slower in MV. Although this is with my 22/250 and 55g Gamekings.
I feel your pain, H4895 was a fantastic powder.

I decided to go with Ramshot Big Game for my 243W as it’s easy to get and not too expensive. I’m getting 1/4” groups from my Mauser with 58gr Vmax and they’re quick too. Ramshot’s online data below.
Worth considering as an alternative.

I used Vit N140 with Sierra 60gn HP Varminter for several decades, very accurate for me. Mild recoil and super explosive!

Got them fast from 3650 fps - 3900fps accurate at 100mtrs, by the time they hit 200 mtrs they didn't seem to hold up accuracy wise.
Overspun happen?
Will look for the powder charges I was using at the time, N140 filled the cases nicely though.

Just for Info, decided not to use Vit N135 on a batch decided on Vit N140
Loaded qty 5 Nosler BT 55 grain with N140 40.5 and qty 5 ditto with 41.6
Super groups with both at 100 mtrs on the bench rest.
Now need to shake down at 200 and 300mtrs
Further batch made with Hornady 65 grain V-Max
Qty 5 N140 40.5 grain and qty 5 ditto 41.6
Again good groups, the 41.6 was a smack tighter
Need to do 200 and 300 mtrs to see the results
I'm using 0.0180" head space or jump on all loads
Possibly a little tight
