Wanted: .243 Setup

Looking for .243 for stalking ideally with moderator. Budget around £1500 but can push up to £3500 for something exceptional. Can negotiate if it includes any other accessories e.g. scope, bipod, ammo etc

1:8 or 1:10 twist
Threaded barrel
Straight pull/bolt action or single shot
detachable magazine min capacity of 5 (or at least option to)
Picatinny rail on top (ideally but not essential)
