Your load is fine.
To make it perfect, use a 140Gr lead or a 130 Gr copper at the same velocity.
The problem with the .270 for deer stalking is everything else is second best.

56 of n165 2750 fps 150gn lead head, same 24" barrel (rem 700)
Get it dialed in a whack some deer.

Do I need to worry about the powder burn rate tho as I been advised it’s going to ruin my mod and that my pressure is wrong it’s all new to me like and bit daunting if I must say I’ve always just used factory ammo as I never wanted to go down the rabbit hole like.

I'm using 49.5gr N135 with 110gr TTSX in 20" Tikka T3X Lite .270 quite effectively on fallow beyond your distances - cracks on at 3143 fps.

As a fellow 270 lover, yes you can burn out your barrel, ....but you would need to take it to the range, fire 50 rounds , and carry on doing this for several years every single week.
My first 270 was inherited after my father, who did occasionally use it on a range, and after a further 10 years or so of owning it myself, it did finally get knackered.
If you are using it for stalking, shoot 20 deer a year, and zero it every 3 months, it would probably last a 100 years.
I also use N160, although a tad higher load, with 130gn game kings. The beauty of a 270, I have never had a runner!
The downside is you can get a lot of bruising with fast light bullets, so a lot of people use a slower 150gn bullet.
Good luck.
