2nd Battalion RRF

Snowy, you need to stop jumping on the band wagon too. and also read the post correctly, there was no reference to the gurkhas.

i have served my time in the forces and i joined from Doncasters army careers office in the early 70's, my first regiment was the 13/18 Royal Hussars from Yorkshire. i then badge changed to the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, where i served my full colour service and reached the pinnacle of the Armoured corps training by becoming a schools gunnery instructor,

DO I MAKE YOU PUKE NOW,

THE PEOPLE IM ON ABOUT HAVE NOT BEEN MENTIONED FOR THE REASON THAT IS SO CLEARLY EVIDENT NOW,clowns like you jumping to conclusions.read digest and take note:

Depends where you serve. As with all soldiers you get good and bad. I have served with awesome Fijians and seen them outperform british soldiers in battle, cracking on with bullet wounds trying to help their fellow infantrymen . Now contrast this with some of the purest neds believing they are owed a wage, matters not they are unfit or rubbish in the field, let alone wasting everyone's time with court cases over sheer stupidity.....

I don't care black white blue or green, give me a platoon of top soldiers to do the job. Type casting on race is frankly wrong and tends back to the worst of racism. Judge soldiers on quality!

Didn't know you had to have served to have an opinion, an maybe if you had the bo11ocks to come out with who you're refering to their'd be less confusion caused. As for clowns people don't have to reverse many threads to get your measure would you should I etc previously posted. Great you served and signed up at doncaster I didn't know we had that big a branch of the sally army locally .

Firstly Snowy i dont have any bojjocks i lost them to cancer along with a whole load of other bits , secondly the persons serving or ex servicemen will know exactly who we were referring to, goggle it Fijian solders they arrived in 1961 200 of them and have stayed there not my idea of what the British Army is but, i don't run the show ,but have had them under my command ,if it doesn't suit them they drag there heels ,simple

Slagging a ex or serving solider about his or her regiment is going to bring a work load of crap in return, slagging them as a individual most soldiers will join in known a squaddie banter they tend to thrive on it .

Bob, you shoulda stuck with 13/18, then in 1991 you would have had the honour of amalgamating with some geordie boys to help make the British army's finest unit. Lol

I have to disagree with you widows son as you appear to have the said gonads, at least your post avoids all confusion and states who Bobjs was refering to. My previous post was not aimed at yourself but the original poster and yes if I'd served I would have had a clearer picture but we aren't all ex military on here but can still have an opinion.
