You may also want to look at Victrix

Also PGW DTi but that would likely involve a trip to Canada - the Timberwolf action is another fine contender

Not a full Cadex but the action anyway, they are less than some of the others.
I looked at the Victrix, they are a nice looking rifle but only have a 1:10 barrelled and unfortunately.
