The 300win mag is a great round. I had one for quite a while,

dispite common belief the 300 is in use with the american military. so it is techinically a military round.

Have had 300 WM for a few years now, fantastic round, very accurate, and has the energy to get the job done out to 7-800 yds, perfect for shooting roe across valleys, or for rolling 200 acre fields where the deer never seem to want to come within 400 yds of the high seat!

there is not much point in downloading the 300 though, it likes shooting at least 180grain bullets 165's as a minimum, unless of course it has been built with a special twist barrel, as you will find accuracy goes from 1/4 to 1" due to lt being unable to stabilise the bullets so well.
