Hi all,
Please don't think me rude, but can I chime in with a question now that StuBear's question has been answered?
You all seem knowledgeable & I'm wondering if some kind soul would please be able to run some numbers through ballistics software for me?
I don’t have access to a chrono & I’m interested in the fps & ft lb values & the calculated bullet drop at 50m intervals after the second zero (which is spot on at 100m) to see how close they are to the pre-set BT settings on a (Gen 1.0) Meopta ZD3-12x50, which is based on an S&B round.
The set up detail is
Round: .308 Sierra ProHunter, 150g (2130)
Charge: Varget 43.6gr
Rifle Sako 75, 1:11, barrel length 570mm
Mod: A-Tec Maxim .30
Or perhaps someone could point me in the direction of an online calculator please?
