I'm currently looking for a Sauer 404 setup and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with 3rd pty mounts for the 404? It looks like Innmount and Henneberger produce quality looking alternatives. Anyone have either of these for the 404 and willing to give a unbiased review and where's the best place to purchase from in the U.K.? Also opinions on ring or rail?
I know many will say I should buy the Sauer SUM, but at £400 each that soon add up if I want to have dedicated optics for the 3 different calibers i intent to buy.
