6.5 Creedmoor

Can't see a hole in them? Must have been the shock wave from the Cm :-| The hype for the Cm created it's poularity and conversley created it's knockers. Sweet cartridge which will do everything and the pick of the calibres I have used for normal hunting, woodland and field.
All entry holes facing the camera. Exits were a couple of inches, I'll post some pics of the heart/lungs and the damage internally if you like. They were shot with 130g sierra gamechangers, absolutely brilliant bullet. That brilliant in fact I'm changing to them in my PRC

I have two lads give me a hand with the Fallow, both have a 6.5x55. and use 140 gr bullets.
One lad has just bought a 6.5 creed as well and first experiences with 140gr has dropped them chest shot on the spot out to 250 yds. If I was to deviate from 7x57 I would buy one.

i have 2 6.5 creedmoors a comp gun and a stalking gun , the creed is a great calibre and personally i think ideal for all uk deer species (as is any of the mid range 6.5's) with good availability of consumables

lots of people slag it and the owners off , they are just jealous becasue as we all know the creed will make you taller and more attractive to the opposite sex !

side note , haters , please try and be original some of the memes etc are older than the 6.5x55..................
I am getting taller and prettier as I contemplate Guntrader.....now I am 5'2 can you help with the one issue friends gave me...non toxic / lighter rounds don't open up unless fast through bigger calibres? I'm happy with 150g lead through .308, but non toxic 6.5 Creed? I like the ballistics but interested in the "field experience" please. Might sound strange but thinking .30-06 or 6.5 if I can convince my very nice FAC man so I can keep the .308 which is worth nothing but has never not killed...but, I want a moderator

Its been done to death but why does the 6.5 creedmoor have such a dark cloud above it as a hunting round, I know it has its haters out there (for reasons un-known really). Not looking to stir the pot but do people find it lacking in knock down power. We all know the 6.5x55 has been taking moose in sweden for the past 100 years, our UK deer don't have armour plating. Asking because I'm seriously considering this round from a .308 (mainly as my daughter is coming out stalking and wants to shoot more otherwise would stick with .308). Mainly stalking muntjak, roe, fallow but need enough gun for sika and red when needed. Are people happy with the 6.5?

Thanks
Love my 6.5 creedmoor, flat, fast and will stop anything in the UK (guidelines permitting) 👍🏻

i'm not sure i get what you're saying ?

as for non toxic my experience is limited because i think it's a massive load of nonsense , but in my limited experience it kills fine not as well as proven traditional bullets but it kills none the less , in the creedmoor i think 100-120gr bullets are the sweetspot for non lead projectiles were 140gr is the sweetspot for lead
