We finally have some of our 8-year old Belted Galloway beef available. Aged for 35 days we have the following currently available: ribeye, bavette, flat iron, brisket, fillet steak, shin, oxtail, braising steak, diced and minced.

Hind quarter cuts available after another month ageing.
