As many of you know the wife and went through a bit of a tough time this year. I am OK now but still have a few complications following a rather nasty chest infection and Marlene is still getting over the infection that she picked up after her triple heart bi-pass, but on the whole she is doing OK and is thankful for all of your good wishes!
I used to spend a lot of my time baking for our elderly neighbors, mainly meat pies or making sausages that I was giving our free of charge but recently (Through the latter part of this year) I have not been quite up to it. However with Christmas coming and the fact that I am now ready to start again I am on the look out for any cheap (or preferably free) game (Venison, Pheasant, Partridge, Hares or Rabbits) that I can use to help spread a little Christmas Cheer with amongst our elderly neighbors and those who are struggling at this time of the year. I am more than capable of skinning, butchering and preparing any game so that is not a problem. I would welcome anything that you guys might like to offer. I am willing to pay a reasonable price for it and travel within reasonable distance of my home in Rochdale to collect it.
