We had this the other night it was so easy and delish!! We served it with the venison steaks and a gravy.

We found it in "The Black Farmers Cookbook" , which is a great book to have on the shelf by the way.

25g Pine Nuts, Toasted.
1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil.
1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped.
1 Tablespoon Of fresh Breadcrumbs.
1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves.

Whizz half the Pine nuts in a small food processor until ground and set aside.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the Onion for 3-4 minutes until softened but not browned.

Remove from the heat and stir in the ground and whole Pine nuts, Breadcrumbs and Thyme, until combined.

Season generously and leave to cool.

Enjoy!
