Foxinmad, where did the name Creeside suddenly appear from? It doesn't seem to be in any of the posts? It would appear, by your tone, that you have an axe to grind. Would you care to elaborate on your comments? May I say that posts like this are why people go to PM's as quickly as possible - but maybe you are doing a bit of public service and awakening us to a potential nest of vipers.

i am very happy that there is so much interest
myself and my partner Bryn are new enterants to this industry and can safely say that I and my partner have never had any business dealings with any of you until we posted this request
we have a number of leases in south west Scotland which we have acquired and wish to run a small syndicate exclusive to members of the syndicate only and of course meet like minded people any enjoy our stalking

Thank you for the PM this morning it seems to clear things up a little to me now! on previous posts I got asked if I had got the wrong end of the stick, or being a Troll nah not at all.
I asked about the areas on the syndicate in SW Scotland that was advertised see my previous post on this I never got an answer on that part, so I put two and two together and got four.
So here is the PM I got this morning word for word.
( Hi thanks for your enquiry I have taken over a number of leases in SW Scotland myself and my partner Bryn have never had any dealings with related to stalking, I would appreciate that you refrain from such comments and allow me to conduct my business thanks ian.)
Reading that then I see that ianc has no dealings with stalking in SW Scotland on the areas that I previously asked about.

There are several posts on here, were on here, that demonstrates some members of the sites ability to completely ruin a perfectly good opportunity for others. I would very much appreciate it if folk could make sure that they are in possession of all the facts BEFORE they make accusations. I appreciate that they may be trying to do members a favour and prevent them from losing money, however the flip side is that they are also causing the OP to lose money, snatching a non loved name out of mid air and the associating it with someone else is not on and will not be tolerated.

I'm slightly confused, as from my perspective and these are the facts from my various communications that I have in my possession. I went to view this land with a 3hr drive and was almost going ahead, as it looked excellent including the accommodation, that was until I searched for "creeside" on the SD site, I only did the search as the invoice that I received was from "creeside sporting" and the contract was from 3 individuals not two as I had thought, one whom resided at creeside cottage, I decided not to persue this opportunity, the land in question was 4 areas, which was highlighted within this thread but now appears to have been removed. My experiences may not be connected, although it appears on the face of it to be far to many coincidences (I'm not going to post again on this subject)
