Advice on measuring/ getting Muntjack head mounted

I am looking for some advice on a Muntjack buck that I shot some time ago. The guide at the time suggested it might make a medal , so I would first like to get it measured and then mounted.Can anyone suggest someone in Sussex that might be able to assist ?
