Interesting. I have no one on ignore. I figure, if you can't handle someone you disagree with, then you shouldn't really be posting at all, since your data input has been skewed with only people you agree with.

Just seems kinda dumb to limit the data you consume to that which is only from people you agree with. I believe that's called an echo chamber....

And to say you ignore people because you can't control yourself/behavior...well, that is just kind of admitting you're weak or weak willed.

But that's just my opinion....

Actually I've ignored just the one person because they couldn't control their behavior, to my mind abusive messaging has no place in a civilised discussion no matter how different the point of view is.

Nothing to do with me disagreeing with anything he's said, or, because I can’t control my behaviour or am weak willed.

I just had enough of him seemingly having to post on everything he could or equally seeming to have far too much time on his hands & using it just to swamp the forum.

I’m more than happy to have a debate or to call people out, but I simply can’t be arsed with people who just seem to want to blow their own trumpet, divert threads or feel they have to respond on topics that they’re not qualified to comment on.

For what it’s worth, it’s no-one who’s posted on this thread as far as I can see from the lack of message.

My response was just my perspective.

Quite true .
If your the kind of chap that revs up and bites at everything you disagree with and won't listen then its an easy fix ! Don't bite move on there's plenty more to read!
If you feel your the most knowledgeable guy on the planet then why use a free speech forum at all ??
If your somewhere in between and are willing to sit back and take out the parts that made you think and just maybe take on for the future or adapt .
I joined the SD to gain knowledge and nick others ideas aswell as to meet some of the best people I've met.
