Hey guys,

As my Remington 700 is my go to foxing rifle, it has a day and NV scope set up on it at all times.
Because of this the scope sits quite high and i have to have to have a cheek riser on the stock. I have a kyde. One fitted at the moment that id velcroed on but i find it a little flimsy and it moves around quite a lot.
So im thinking about an aftermarket adjustable riser.
Has anyone eber fitted one and how did it turn out?

I dont really have the funds for a new complete stock at the moment so this is my idea to save some money.

Thanks

I just got one off eBay for my NV unit rifle.
Neoprene with a choice of inserts.
Fitting it was fun as in tight but it doesn't move!

As above. Gaffer taped the insert in place and then wrestled the stock sleeve into position. Doesn’t move and really good, comfortable cheek weld.

Sounds like you might want yours to be adjustable, in which case the Kalix Teknik is worth a search. Some good posts on SD 👍🏻

Have a look at the Bradley adjustable cheek rest, I have one (and a fixed one) that I will be virtually giving away soon (for a clear out)
