Regardless, anything on two wheels going against something with four, is the predetermined loser of any contact. The guy should be glad the P-plate driver didn't have a "leg spasm" and run over his entitled a$$.

This guy is lucky he didn't come across someone that kicked his teeth in and left him laying in the road. There are alot of dangerous people out there and you just never know who they are.
