Hi there,
I took my Remington 11-87 apart yesterday to clean it.
When putting it back together the action is stuck solid and won't move to allow me to re-assemble the gun.
anyone have any clues as to what's happening here and a possible solution?
The gun was shooting fine yesterday.

It was easy once we worked it out, been a good few years from when I fully stripped my 11-87, seems like a lifetime ago it was sold.
Those wee nicks on the fingers are annoying tho haha.
Happy to help you out anytime matey, enjoy the pies.

@jonny.c the V prongs on the cocking mechanism had popped out the recoil spring cup going into the stock.
I just forgot that wee lever on the inside you have to push in to get the firing pin block out, once I remembered that it was plain sailing.
Gave all the gubbings inside a clean for him, at least he won't need to take it apart again haha.
