anyone good with photoshop

just wondered if anyone was good with photoshop or such editing software,
im wanting to get a big picture of my i dearly departed wife done on a block mount for one of her friends, she has picked this photo but has some bloke bent over in the background that i would love removing, dont know if its possible or not, dont mind paying,
