sad news indeed, rip

The Rescue Services excelled as usuall and i give many thanks to them.

My Sincerest Condolonces to his Stalking companions and particulary his Family.
We are all Stalkers on this Site and as such have lost one of our own, we are a man down.
Let's hope wherever he has gone the Stags Roar loud for him.

My thoughts are with his friends and family, and of cause Griff and the others involved. I hope it is a little comfort for his loved ones that he died doing something he loved, we can ask little more than to go in the same manner ourselves.

The Mountain Rescue are good guys, my Fell running club has a couple of members of our local MR so I get to train and race with them regularly “if I were to go down” I know they would do everything they could to find me.

Rest in peace fellow stalker.
