Last one I wanted the thread changing on, Jacksons wanted the moderator sending back and wouldn’t sell me the parts.
After my RFD had taken a cut for handling it worked out pretty expensive.

You can send it directly to them and I thought, as long as they saw your certificate, they could send back to you directly as you are not purchasing the moderator, so doesn't need to be via RFD.

Was two years ago and I’d bought the mod through a retailer.
When I phoned Jacksons they said it would have to return via the shop.
Cost Inc. different thread was 60£ if I remember right.

Yes, that’s probably the case if it wasn’t on your ticket yet. If the on your ticket then it can be done via post as @Edinburgh Rifles’ post above.

Think I paid £55 inc return postage last time I did it which was also a couple of years ago.
