Any of you guys use one of these? Whilst on hols in France stayed at a Chateuax which had a couple on the go and was very impressed. Am thinking about one for home. I have one on trial for a week in August to collect data, assess right model, see what it might not be able to do, assess quality of stripes etc etc

Appreciate any feedback re real world use

I’ve had a Husqvarna one for about four years now.
Absolutely brilliant.
(It’s even survived being run over with an RTV) 🙈
It’s clocked up over 3.5k hours with just one sensor having to be replaced.
Steep slopes can be tricky. But I see you can get a ‘rough terrain kit’ for them now. Or even 4wd.

I’ve got enough to do in summer with out worrying about mowing the lawn.
One of the best buys I’ve made.

Hello Nick, which model do you have? I have been looking into the huskie ones so any help would be useful.

David.

A client uses a tiny Hasqvarna robot on their extensive lawns. It gets itself out on the morning, docks itself at night and seems to run constantly. I guess that's the secret. Mow continuously to avoid thatch forming
Oddly it appears to wander around completely at random yet it never seems misses anything and their lawns always look immaculate.

Robot grass clippers are very popular in Sweden. The latest model will avoid things like dog poo. Moose Killing robot grass clippers is not unheard of. Moose stamp on them if the machine trundles up to them.

I won't even have one of them alexas in the house 😂 no chance of robo'mow getting his microchip technology on the pride and joy that is our formal lawn.

That would be kinda funny to watch a moose stomp the sh*t out of a robo-mower…😂

The persons I know that have them also have immaculate lawns….they certainly seem to work.
