Has anyone here purchased the V4 autotrickler from MacDonald Innovations in Canada..?
How did the import process and payments work? Ie VAT , duty etc.. Who do you pay?

Thanks in advance.

@Marty13 there is a thread in the classified wanted …..which stated C2 precision in the UK were getting them in for sale.

Autotrickler plus Fx120i

Don’t know if that helps in anyway ……however there is a lot of hype over Ingenuity Precision producing a highly accurate powder measuring system based around the A+D. Fx120i balance. Our American cousins are chomping at the bit it get this system .

I bought mine two or three years ago direct from the manufacturer.
The price I paid at the website included all shipping and import to the UK, there was nothing else to pay. It came via UPS. There was a long lead time though, maybe four or five months, but I note that's dropped now.
However I think I might have been lucky that time. More recently I had a stock shipped from Canada. Value was below the £130? Duty threshold, but I got charged VAT and Parcelfarce's handling fee.

Thanks.. Here’s hoping..!

Mine came direct from Canada a couple of years ago without any duty. Trust me you won't regret it even if you do get stung by duties.
