I have been shooting since able to keep up with my dad and 5 decades on I am still trying to keep up. I am a syndicate member, shooting pheasant, partridge, ducks etc. I was introduced to stalking 10 years ago and had regular oportunities to cull roe does and hinds. Having only shot two young bucks during the last 10 years last month I shot what I am reliably informed will be a gold medal head. This along with a friendship with Moose has invigorated my interest in stalking.
The potential medal head shot was named by me 2 years ago when he was first seen, "Banshee Buck", hence my tag.
I keep two Hungarian Vizsla who are good pointer retrievers, I hope to introducing one of them to stalking.
