BASC awards

Just flicking through the latest BASC magazine. Seen an article on their "honours & awards".
Can't help but think our very own @jall55 ought to be put forward for the Stanley Duncan Trophy, based on what I've seen on his videos etc.
No idea what the process is. Presumably requires a proposer and a seconder?
I'd gladly be the first if someone else will back me and if the man himself is happy.
