BASC on renewal delays and temporary permits! Don't get caught out!

I called the Met this morning to chase up my application and was told that the system was down, and should call again after lunch. They did give me the name of the chap dealing with mine which was helpful. Only when I called, he was out, and when I called again, they all were.

Start again tomorrow morning...
