It is not for me to correct his post, that said it deosn't seem way of the mark.

My post is reinforcing the fact the GP's MUST disclose. I have amended it to cover the situation whereby patients do not give permission.

Keep it up, maybe this stance & approach is the shape of things to come from BASC if so I welcome this new vigorous aproach, as it appears to have guts and the movement it is making seem to be swifter than the previous laid back approach. Well done BASC.
