I wonder how long it will be before you they close one or the other of their very expensive shops? The Beretta boutique, as well as the H&H shop, is in a prime real estate area of London and I suspect they may take the opportunity of consolidating their retail spaces. They could even close both and open in a new shop - it's not like there is any shortage of empty or soon-to-be empty shops. Debenhams lease, anyone?

And I wonder if they will go down the route of bringing in a new design shotgun made in Italy, finished in London and badged H&H (and hopefully charging a lot less than £90k + VAT).

I wonder if Purdey are up for grabs. Perhaps we should take a whip-round on this forum and give Richemont a ring.....................
