Best Hogdon H380 Powder Equivalent?

I tried some old H380 powder in some loads for a couple of military .30-06 rifles and it worked great. I'm running low on it so I looked for some and found it isn't "REACH" compliant (an EU regulation that somehow still applies).
Does anyone know of a like for like alternative powder please that (over)REACH will allow me to buy?
Ideally ball so I can keep with a military load.
Or a shop still selling H380?
Many thanks
Nick

It's not ball but N140 is pretty close. I was trying to find some load data for some 62gn Barnes bullets and 380 was the go to for lots of people in the US but obviously here we cannot get it anymore. I have been testing N140 this weekend. I can say that velocities are stellar and consistent. Just need to embark on a ridiculous journey of mega jump testing now which is not something I am used to with more lead based bullets.

REACH compliant ball powders you could try are maybe CFE223 and Ramshot Big Game.

Thank you, that's the second suggestion of N140 I've had so could be a winner.
I've got N140 for my .303 loads, might be worth ditching the ball idea and just using a good powder.
I've also got some CFE223, had investigated it but my concern is the higher CUP pressure.

RBG is good and meters well.

Ramshot do do good powder though.
All varieties cover all my calibres.
Still not used Vihtavouri powders, though very popular.

I am currently working on a .243 load. 62 gr Varmint Grenades. Seem to be getting somewhere seems like 45.5 gr of RS60 is about there, so working the seating depth conundrum now, grouping in the region of 0.546” with 0.062 jump, looks like they want to go deeper though to properly hit the node.
