Best lead free 6.5 bullet

Yes and as I posted before I can provide load data. For fear of stating the obvious I designed and manufacture the Yew Tree bullets. There is a ‘reloading tips’ page on the website too which is worth a read.
Cheers

You make them yourself? You run them in a sliding head? I looked at this a few years back but couldn't justify the machine to make just bullets.

I run a 260 (which is basically a 6.5 bullet with a tiny touch more powder capacity) . I use 100 grain tTSX mainly , i have shot a lot of deer with this load from Muntjac up to big stags in size , fox also . I run a 1-7.5 twist ( your creed is 1-8 unless you asked for a custom twist ) . Great bullet ! I also have used the 120 grain version ... Good but not as good ! Issue is on the longer shots the 120 is harder to open up due to its mass and reduced velocity at longer range impacts ( i have plenty of pictures of bullets in 120 failing to truly open up ( if your going 200 max i dont think you will find the issue though , just be aware it will also be harder to open up as good on smaller deer ) . I strongly suggest the 100 grain over it .
Remember Barnes started off this whole copper bullet thing , 99% of firms are trying to make a better mouse trap ( though dont have the time in and still likely have bridges to cross along the route ) . I have no connection or personal interest ( other than a fast ,clean kill )
N150 is what i use powder wise with the 100 grain load and N160 in the 120 loads , yours will still be around the ballpark with similar burn rates mix of 120 and 100 in the picture at various ranges 100 grain will open at 500 yards on big stags and will open just less 120 grain wont at something over 300 its poor and that's on the big lads . Its tough to find bullets on the small species but i have never had one do anything but drop dead , the longest runs might have gone perhaps 20 yard ( CWD) with those anyhow and not real messy compared to lead .

Haven't a clue how it came into my feed ?

When posting a new thread, I now see a new feature populate on the lower part of the page suggesting related threads. It updates per word added to title.

My guess is AI is being used to hone relevance detection. So [subject to @csl confirming] my guess is you were looking at or posting 6.5mm NL content and this older thread was offered to you as an example of an ongoing discussion on the same matter.
