Bino Harness with Molle?

I'm kinda bind harness curious. usually I have bins just on a strap & keep a hit condor thermal in its pouch on a molle belt. However I'm harness curious & wonder what's the pro's and cons. also ideally I'd be putting the Condor's molle compatible pouch on the bins harness next to the bins so I need one that can accept the molle rigging.

What say the great and good of the forum?

I use one of these. The molle panels holds a pouch on each side for a garmin rino and a garmin Alpha 100
