Bird and trout knife for bigger hands

I have large hands, however like the bird and trout style knives as I stalk mainly roe with Red now and again

I own a buck fixed blade. Lovely thing, however handle is too small. Is there anything anyone could recommend?

I have to admit i don't know what a bird and trout-style knife is?
i have handled a few custom knives and i understand where you are coming from with the big hands i to suffer from the same affliction.

I have large hands and lots of bird and trout knifes and the all choke up my hands and are very uncomfortable to use, I do use my Portland 90 a lot nowadays as it fits my hands well.
