my original post asked if the Blaser owners could show their group sizes and if they are as good as a trues action rifle ...
Not a hard question to answer stick your groups sizes on a post card as some have kindly done ..
And as I said 3k for custom or 3k on Blaser so premium cash for premium results ...
But as normal this site flings up the normal with folk twisting and trying to make a Cxxt of people with you said this you Said that !!
I no what I asked I no what I meant
Now for your post I would do you the favour of answering it but to be honest I fell asleep 2 mins into reading it ..
Have a great day
Your question is not sensible
You do not need to spend anywhere 3K to get "premium results" as most modern rifles can shoot sub MOA groups and with some work on searching out the right ammo or load development they can do even better.
Sub MOA groups for deer stalking is a joke.
Sure you can show so called "ragged holes" in paper but wheres the relevance from bench rest shooting or bipod shooting to shooting from sticks or a high seat.
Also I have seen people with high end rifles who couldn't do a "raged group" if their life depended on it. The skill o the shooter being the most important part of the equation.
HOWEVER off sticks or in a high seat a very heavy rifle will always be easier to shoot hence more accurate than a lighter rifle.
Which is why my heavy laminate stock Sako75 out performs my Blasser in the real world every time
Blaser or custom? Down to preference but modular id say Blaser and exclusivity id say custom. Performance is a non issue
Blasser with 243 and 308 barrels
Sako heavy but beautiful to shoot and will out shoot the Blasser all day long but not in its original stock purlely due to the weight
I thinks its a look but no buy (at the moment)
