Bolts on all the rifles I've seen, except Blaser, are quite a substantial chunk of metal and have no protruding bits to bend or break.
Whereas, the Blaser has two long spindly bits of metal that can easily bend or break if dropped or squashed/squeezed in a pocket.
I have a space for it in my Blaser hard case but I tend to wrap it up or more recently put it inside a short tube of neoprene to stop it slopping about in the case.
It would look nice if it was in a purpose made case of some sort, but I would certainly not like the idea of it being in the stock whilst in the case, certainly not if it was travelling out of my care.
