Anybody know whether Blaser can fix a faulty adjustable stock on an R8 Ultimate in the UK?
I have only had this a few weeks and the memory function isn't working. Under the Consumer Rights Act I can reject it out of hand within a time limit. So if I get the "we can fix it under warranty" line but it is going to have to go back to Germany and will take x months, then I will just reject it. I am not paying their very premium price and accepting budget service.
I already have a Swaro dS gen2 that has been back once and still isn't working. It is about to be rejected on the same basis.
Not to mention the bag of shite that was Krieghoff. Lets not go there. Alan Rhone did not get a Christmas card, let's just leave it at that.
Not seeing the truth in "buy once, cry once" never mind "quality German engineering" at the moment ...
