Blaser R8 trigger service?

Does anyone do anything to ‘service’ their trigger in the blaser r8. Im not talking about the removable part which is easy to give a quick blow over and keep clean. More concerned about the bit thats fitted into the rifle.

A seasons worth of rain and grime cant do it any favours?

Should i whip it out and give it a blow over with the airline and an oil?

Does anyone ultrasonic theirs? If so what solution do they use?

While i am very much into this and rarely clean guns other than a wipe over and a pull through the driver for me asking is that i have noticed the trigger doesn't feel quite right.

Then give to your Blaser rep for a service. Don‘t mess with this built in unit yourself!

having just stripped and cleaned several today ...you should!
rusted components on an otherwise clean gun

not rocket science, just disassemble over a clean area so you dont lose any bits!!

two screws and the rest lifts out
Re-assembly is the reversal of removal!

What do you use to clean please? Is an ultrasonic overkill? I presume just a clean spray with gun oil then Re-assemble?

Depending on how bad
Very small parts mind you
Don’t lose them!
