What opportunities are there for wild boar in the UK please.

Ah yes, tried Barry's. Is there anyone else running boar shoots atm? Mark Bolton's patch is too small and right next to main road and campsite - not convinced it even has permission, and basically just a vehicle to be told about Hungary trips.

Has anyone managed to get anything at Barry's in recent times? Been twice - sat out til midnight each time and saw no boar (did see deer 1st time).
On 2nd visit we were in hide closest to barn and scrooge-like landowner turned up in car to collect that evening's payment from Barry, couldn't even wait until morning! Interrupting our shoot.

There is permission on that land as mates shot it before Mark and a mate and i have shot it since ! I shoot woods close to that camp site and plenty of boar fallow and odd roe .

Not sure as I didn't see them. But possibly. Has it reached the point where it's just a revolving door of shooters turning up and paying but nothing there.

Saw deer but no boar. Am suprised plod would allow unmoderated win mag on that patch next to that Road & Campsie as bang could startle and cause accident.

Insinuating a man has no permission on land so breaking the law and could affect a mans business ? Do you understand the gravity of your statement or are you a bitter twisted individual just out to cause strife ? Instead of airing your vitriol on social media why not take it up with Mark !! I have had 3 boar instead of the usual 10 plus this year that's hunting plus its a mast year for natural feed for animals .
