Ah yes, tried Barry's. Is there anyone else running boar shoots atm? Mark Bolton's patch is too small and right next to main road and campsite - not convinced it even has permission, and basically just a vehicle to be told about Hungary trips.
Mark Bolton gives everyone a guarantee: if you do 3 outings with him in the FoD and do not get a shot at a boar for whatever reason, then he’ll keep taking you out FREE OF CHARGE until you do get a shot at a wild boar!!! Fair deal that .

Hi fellow stalkers I will be celebrating my 60th birthday next year so I intend to treat myself to some boar hunting in the UK would be interested in possible locations also well respected guides thank you
I’d be happy to help get this done for you. Over 3000 acres across the Forest of Dean, shooting around 80 boar per winter. Feel free to drop me a message

Ok, on principle from satellite view (not sharing here) Mark Bolton's patch seems to be perfect position for boar to drift in from surrounding forest and actually looks better than barry's. Perhaps the best spot in the UK optics wise. The England Wales border divides the field. One seat faces back into forrest - no question on that one, others face road and campsite and can fire into England. That's all i know without emailing licensing to hear from the horses mouth they are happy if firing down from elevation.
