I am South African, lived in England for about 5 years to complete my Ancestral Visa to obtain British Citizenship, what a process and pricey and in Covid. Flew through 2 closed borders, police escorts etc…Also burned through a lot of cash as I never qualified for any support when everyone was on Furlough. Long story short I moved to Scotland about 2 years ago, love the place, people and feel a connection to the land even though it’s been tough job wise. I really want to get to know and integrate into the Scottish Wilderness, I am going to do some shooting at the range and apply for DSC but would like to pay / volunteer to get some hands on experience so hoping to network here.
