To give you an idea; the last time I was there it was worth $2.44 and divided into pence and shillings and such!
I don't follow this, but is it fairly stable now at $1.30
Also how does one make the pound sign on a computer key board? thanks capt david

US keyboards completely different to UK ones, so he may have different symbols above the numbers.

David, you may have to go 'old-school', and do it by ASCII !

If you are using a laptop or desktop with Windows, there’s a setting to choose which keyboard you want to use, two of the settings being English (US) and English (UK). I expect Apple devices do similar. I also think there’s a way to allocate specific characters to specific keys. But such trickery is beyond me.

Potato, potato, tomato, tomato.

Aluminium!!

By the way, suspenders are what hold up ladies stockings and braces hold up trousers.

The character's in my Sony Vaio laptop key board are marked in US English and Arabic...it was a gift from my son's mother when she was working in Saudi Arabia and try what may I can't get any shortcut to get a UK Pound symbol in it either. Ctrl+Alt+4 gives me a Euro symbol. But UK Pound I have to cut and paste. PITA!

Russia drove on the left until 1917 look at film of Nicholas II. Austria drove on the left until Hitler annexed the country in 1938. Again look a film of Vienna pre and post WWI.

The US, I'm told, drove any which way...see Stutz Bearcat...until Henry Ford's LHD Model T was so dominant that US traffic law had to change to accommodate it?
